Randy is awesome!!!! He was so helpful and had so much information. He didn't rush through anything when dealing with me. I called 3 of the places listed when I searched for phone repair. Out of all 3 he was the only one that: answered, and had answers for me. My son needed his iPhone fixed desperately. Randy helped me over the phone!!!! I even had to call multiple times. His customer service is fantastic! Especially considering this age of virus and social upset. It was refreshing to deal with someone with that level of customer service. I just dropped off my son's phone so I don't know about repair ability but I will update this review as soon add I do. Until then, this is definitely the place to get your phone fixed. Great service!!!nnPicked up the phone. It was completely fixed AND fully charged!!!! I also got to meet Frank. Seems to be just as nice as Randy. Great service! Affordable repairs I would recommend them for any phone repair.
Low quality repairs. Let a bunch of my screws out & I had to go to the boost mobile on avenue d to fix my phone properly. I don’t recommend this place unless you want a broken iPhone. Stay away
