Their front office team is very friendly and accommodating. They always seem to be able to get appointments made in a reasonable time frame. I've been a patient for a number of years and always receive a very thorough exam. I've always been very pleased with the total services they provide (glasses & contacts) I definitely would recommend them.
Got an appointment within two weeks of my call.My appointment was at 3:30 I was out by 4:30 very thorough visit, nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much for getting me in so soon
Loved how my 3 and 5 year olds were treated. First time at the eye doc and nothing was scary or intimidating. Most importantly the staff was friendly and professional. I recommend for all toddlers. Five star and two thumbs up service! Thank you for doing what y'all do and how y'all do it!!!

My husband and I have been going to CR Lait for years. We love this place. A couple years ago we did try another eye doctor and what a big mistake that was. We will never do that again. Dr. Waddell is always so sweet and answers all your questions so you can understand. The whole staff is always so kind and professional. We highly recommend CR Lait. You won't be disappointed.
