Went to Haines City location on 17/92 to purchase new phones. Your store manager, Denisse was so terrific! She was so patient with Gene and me. Denisse devoted her undecided attention to us; we are not very well versed with technology, including the operation of the cell phone. I cannot express how grateful we are to have been cared for by Denisse! Denisse is outstanding, and extremely patient. Thank you, Denisse and Cricket Wireless.

The lady that was there was very RUDE . she wasn't helping us . very bad service i would recommend that store at all. Very bad service NO RESPECT AT ALL FROM HER .
