Absolutely horrible service, for those that can't wear a mask, they make you stand separately like some kind of freak show and if they would just have the drive thru open, that would be a great idea! Absolutely horrible. Doesn't even deserve 1 star but there isn't an option for 0!
I went into Bank of America too cash a savings bond. The security guard at the door sat me down in the lobby with about five other people. The five other people received there turn and stood in the teller line. When I got up when it was my turn he told me to sit back down and let 4 people go ahead of me that just walked into the bank after I had been waiting an hour! He was rude to everyone he came in contact with! And he was giving false information to customers. The teller even told a customer not to listen to him because he knows nothing. Clearly no one solves the issues at this bank and I wish I had never opened an account here because I do not feel valued or respected when I visit this location. No wonder you guys have 1 Star.
I had came here recently to this Bank of America and it was not closing time yet and they had told me I couldn’t come in till tomorrow but it wasn’t time to close yet
Super long waits everytime. I have banked at numerous banks over the years, BOA and this specific location on S Florida ave is by far the worst. Bank elsewhere if possible.
