WOW. I cannot say enough great things about this bank. It feels like a family-owned bank (not a giant corporate one) and they treat you like that. I have used this bank to help me process two life-changing PPP Loans for my small businesses and the speed, courtesy, and effectiveness of their process was mind blowing compared to a similar process with a larger bank. I highly recommend Bank of Central Florida for ALL your business banking needs.

As a small business owner I am soo grateful for bank of central florida and the speed in which they helped us with the ppp loan. My first round took 2 months with bank of america. This bank helped us in 3 business days. Excellent customer serrvice.

It takes WAY TOO LONG to get replacement cards. I also don’t like the fact you’re not connected to experian so your CUSTOMERS can participate in “boost your credit score”. I have askedseveral times to have this done and you haven’t. Seriously thinking of changing banks after this last episode of FIFTEEN DAYS to get a replacement card. Same thing happened in my personal account with my wife. So both business and personal accounts have had this happen. I’m starting to think this isn't the accept ion , but rather the norm.

I think the services at Bank of Central Florida are outstanding with one exception...the “temporary” closure of the Winter Haven branch, which has gone far beyond temporary. This has left me no option to deposit cash and the only alternative is to drive 18 miles each way to Lakeland off South Florida Avenue, when I need to do a cash deposit.

This is my first bank and I love it. Their customer service is amazing and the staff is super friendly. I go to the bank and they know me by name. This bank is one that I recommend and I will be keeping this bank. One thing I do hope in the future is they open more locations possibly on the north side of Lakeland and install atm's where you can deposit cash. I also hope they can issue temporary cards while your permanent card is issued
