Visited the store yesterday for the first time and I will definitely be back!!!! The staff are terrific and super knowledgeable! I just set up a new fish tank for the first time and one of the staff (did not catch her name unfortunately) gave me some terrific information on setting up a successful tank. Terrific place for all your pet needs and great prices!!! :-D

Awesome dog groomers! The staff is always very friendly and professional. I could spend a lot of time looking at all the different pet products. We've been taking our schnauzer too Michelle for grooming for at least eight years now and she does a fantastic job every time. Best pet store ever!
Terrible salesmanship. A 200.00+ sale lost. Not knowledgeable of animals. I waited to find out sex of ferret but was left hanging for crickets. Place is cramped, cluttered & a little unkempt. First & last time here. I called the day before I came to your location. I was told there was 2 ferrets for sale. The next day I arrived I was told by the guy with the long hair that there was only one left. He did not even know the sex nor did he offer me to hold the ferret. I give good reviews when deserved. Perhaps you should look at my excellent review from ANIMAL HOUSE IN ST PETE. That's where I purchased my ferret. Also your response to this matter is the exact reason for this one star review.
Love the variety of animals and different supplies they have. Definitely more then what PetSmart can offer. Employees care about the animals and your experience.
