We have used Synovus for our business for years! The Gulf to Bay location has always helped us with everything from loans to cashing payroll for employees. Chanise has always gone above and beyond and is very friendly and personal. I highly recommend this branch!
After banking with national banks for the last ten years I found the level of service at this Synovus location to be outstanding.nVery personable customer service and was introduced to the branch manager when opening my accounts with them. They reminded me very much of a small credit union that I had some loans with many years ago. Very friendly and eager to help with my banking needs.
THE WORST BANK EVER!!!!nWe started there many years ago because of their first rate customer service.nThey have gone down in every aspect. The manager is not helpful.nHad to leave after 20 + years
Do not go to this branch.... Customer service is the worst! Very SLOW also.
