Unacceptable.... The wait was 30 min plus. Either open back up your other branches or have more staff on....I will be switching banks after this.

Been there many times to cash a BofA check, this branch always gives me a hard time or refuses to cash the check. Other BofA branches cash the check. I can only conclude this branch does not like Gringos.

Our business partner was harassed at this location for being in work clothing. He produced 2 forms of ID and that wasn't enough, they gave him the run around and eventually had to get the manager to make a simple 1200 withdrawal. Corporate will be notified. Deeply unprofessional.
