Well, if you don't mind you're Loved ONE'S getting the wrong meds. Yes, it happens often we found out. The nurse is stilllll working at the facility. They need a Tune Up huh?nnMaybe More. Praise God Uncle Johnny

This facility has lost all of its integrity in the last 2 months(11-20 12-20). It is ran today as almost a communist set of rules. Also upon stopping social functions, the employees there, beside from one male nurse, do not want to do any work and actually plan what work they can leave for the shift coming in after them.

This place is great! There team is so understanding and welcoming! Ive been here almost 4 weeks and i have 3 more to go. Im here on IV antibiotics and they take very good care of me! If you have a family member in need tgis is the place to be! Thank you Lakeside Oaks!

This afternoon I pushed the call nurse button no less than 20 times. My request was for due and overdue medication, medications to help w my pain. The pill was due hours ago. I desperately painfully walked down the hall looking for help. I kept getting “the nurse she busy too busy”. from the nurse aide or whomever occasionally passed thru. I sent out my first request at 6:15p.m.nUr more than welcome to contact me in person, a one on one sit down or a phone call.

UPDATE:nOccasionally, medications are given on time, however, most of the time I wait several HOURS for “scheduled,” much needed medications!! I’m not sure as to y they even bother to give patients such ridiculous expectation as to receiving medication on time or even or even anywhere thereafter. The promise of a “schedule” isn’t going to hold up here @ Lakeside Oaks. I’ve needed and requested to speak w a physician however, that too is an impossible feat. I’ve had some personal effects (clothing) go missing and no matter whom I ask I always get “ok, I’ll tell someone”. I’ve even gone as far as writing a grievance letter but, to this day they’re still MIA. I’m told, “maybe on the next truck”. The facility itself is dirty and unkept, the food is 5 (on a scale of 10). A portion of the staff is kind. I’d like to thank some of the aids, a nurse and physical therapists. If I were in a position to have to find a care facility on a budget for someone I love and or care about, I’m pretty sure it would NOT b at Lakeside Oaks in Dunedin.nUPDATE: After having spent over a week as a patient w/I Lakeside Oaks I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
