The one young man very tall I forget his name is always extremely helpful has carried catlett around to the car and stuff like that for me he's just very very personable and nice and polite
Went here looking for a Guinea pig Guinea pig for my daughter. I knew nothing about them or what I needed. The going girl at the front was a blessing. She was so happy to help and was just as excited as we were. She had two of her own and helped us get everything we needed. When we left my daughter said “too bad it’s Covid...I wanted to hug that lady”. She made my little girl very happy. The store was super clean, organized and the animals looked very loved.
As a former PetSuperMarket employee who left on good terms I have to say this is the most unfriendly store I have been too. I went to this store for the first time and was treated very rudely by Patricia and Hunter. Hopefully they will learn to have compassion for people in the future. Until then they should get some more training from corporate. Youve made it clear that you dont want my business so you guys just lost my business for good.
I love this store because it is close to my house and the employees that work here are very helpful and friendly. I am giving them a four star because the do not always have what I need.
