I pulled into the parking lot at 8 a.m.. I had some phone calls to make and some emails to respond to so I was in no rush. I watched for employees go into the bank at around 8:30 a.m. to 8:35 a.m.. when the bank opened up at 9 Audley the lobby did not open up. So I called them and they informed me that they were a drive-through only branch. No worries I completely understand so I pulled around to the drive-through line. There are four drive-thru line, only one of them is open, my question is what tf are the other three employees doing? Only one of them is running the drive-thru the Lobby is closed all of the other three drive-through Lanes are closed. Every single Bank of America branch I go to it's some bs. Im pretty much done dealing with it.

It's Thursday and the bank is closed. Signage at the bank and their post online indicated they should be open today. BOA is known for poor service and limited number of tellers, but not even showing up to open the bank is ridiculous.

Says it open till 1:00 on Saturday and it’s 12:05 and already closed ! Bad customer service at all

I had a transaction that was both very important, as well as time sensitive. I arrived at 5:03 and they unlocked the door to personally help me with my situation. They are very friendly and helpful. The manager is nice and the team clearly works together. Great location, great service, great culture. If I could get every store that I run to take care of customers like this my life would be much easier. Will recommend. Thank you.
