I have never been more disappointed in the common courtesy, customer service, or problem solving ability of a financial institution.nnI would strongly encourage small businesses to seek other means of money management because this business relationship has cost me more in lost time than I can count. The staff are unfamiliar with me as a client, listen poorly and have a general malaise in regarss to solving banking errors made by BB&T.nnI will be speaking with my rep at Velocity to see if they have an option to offer for small businesses that matches the customer service they provide for my personal account.
