Just opened up an account at Bank of America Tequesta after being constantly let down by another competitor. I had the BEST experience with Elias who went above & beyond to explain everything to me. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen and the branch was overall clean, professional, and fully staffed. I look forward to working with them in the future!
The staff was very helpful. I went in there to get a new debit card and they were able to help out with a lot more. Great branch and team
Lazy, incompetent and condescending. Despite always having multiple employees walking around, there’s always only one person working as a teller no matter how long the line is. Do yourself a favor and head down the street to Wells Fargo where they value and care about their customers.
Went to go and cash a check there and was lied to and treated like a thief. The blonde women in the front made up a story that they couldnt make an outbound call to verify the check written to me. Told me all centers are like this now... Was rude and made me feel as if i was trying to scam the bank. Went to another center spoke to bank mgr and assured that the woman in tequesta was the lazy incompetent person. Dont go here. Rude people here.
