I have visited this clinic five times and was seen by a different physician/ practitioner each time. All were equally awesome. Also, each time, I was treated with empathy, kindness and professionally. I’ve never had less than a stellar experience. I accept that I have to wait so that doesn’t frustrate me. The staff up front are courteous and professional.

This was my go-to clinic for many years. Not after my visit last week. The PA seemed disinterested in trying to diagnose me. Kept asking questions that had nothing to do with my medical issue. They did a urine test which was negative, gave me prescriptions made out to the wrong pharmacy (didn't even ask which pharmacy), then basically shoved me out the door. No discharge paperwork, nothing. The prescriptions are not working. I'm still in severe pain & will be going to a different clinic this week that said they will take the time & run tests to try & diagnose the cause of my pain.

reduced a star.. they want to charge you $35 to print out the free immunization form - scam. They can't manage your condition. Like gout.nVery long time in room after they give you a shot.nThen they don't even give you a print out with the name of the shot. Then the front desk lady refuses to write it down for me. She only read it to me from her computer screen. Unacceptable. If you get a shot damn well sure you better give me a print out with what you injected me with.. then they send prescription to wrong Walgreens and typos on discharge sheet! unbelievable.

Is it common practice to turn away a patient (8 years old in this case) because his mom rushed out of the house and forgot her license? Then refused to allow the patient’s grandmother to bring her license so he could been seen? I would assume a metal baseball bat to the face causing 2 black eyes, and a swollen nose would trump the license policy. Apparently an insurance card and a credit card with the same name isn’t enough. Disappointed.

Came it for my hurt throat, lady in the front made me argue with her hurting my throat even more.. The biggest disappointment is that they don't even have a Wi-Fi network that works. They have one but that doesn't work.
