The employees are so nice and respectful! Safe and clean! Not the correct management or corporate leadership though! Workers not happy even though they don’t complain!nnNot proper staff levels and no empathy from the corporate... no excuse!
Great Customer service all around and Alex was perfect with assisting me with my account all questions answered and great responses.
This is the worst bank in America. The little women with the frizzy hair needs a serious attitude adjustment and the manager is worthless. Yesterday I visited the bank to make a deposit and there was one teller and 14 people on the line. There were three BOA employees standing to the side with masks on and everyone was complaining. There was no room for social distancing and the climate in the small waiting area was warm. Nice way to handle your clients in a time of need and its great to know BOA allows for this type of sewer service to happen. This type of poor service has been reported numerous times and nothing has been done to correct it. I will never go back there again
Possibly the worst BOA around. 1 teller for 15 people in line and they do NOTHING to accommodate. Has happened on multiple occasions
Terrible customer service. after 20 years of banking with BOA, its time to leave to a more friendly and professional location. I would tell anyone considering to use this branch to stay away. They are unfriendly, have a horrible way of treating customers and overall, the place is mismanaged and quite frankly is insulting.
