The workers are incompetent and don’t understand how to read a check. You’re a bank and should know what you’re doing when it comes to financial matters. I will never open an account with them and have closed all accounts with Wells Fargo.

Jean M. Joseph was extremely rude. I was waiting in line patiently for my turn to speak to a banker. When it was my turn, he decided to skip me and help the other individual who came in several minutes after me. When I informed Jean of this, he didn’t seem to care. He didn’t apologize and I found him to be very rude.

Erick was so helpful and patient. He stayed a couple minutes late to make sure my wire transaction went through properly. This Wells Fargo has always had great customer service and is very accommodating.

Valencia Jospeh is the best!!! I was and a rush I had to be to class less then 20min. She got me in and out. And she wasn't rude at all about it. Her attitude is amazing and I recommend her to anyone. I love your energy continue being awesome. She's make me happy to be apart of Wells Fargo ❤ufe0f
