I opened my business checking & credit card here and have had no issues. Great customer service and branch operates smoothly.
Very clearly the branch here is lacking cleanliness, but banking with them is OK.
This is the worst Chase Bank ever. My grandfather went there 3times to open a new account with a check of 150k and they refused to open the account or deposit the check with his name on it. Very ridiculous. Thank God for Chase in Delray and Bank of America. Never again.
I’ve never had a bank play with my money in such a way . Account is officially closed . 3 different times they’ve changed their tune with money I’ve deposited.
You should go to any other bank. This bank is without a doubt the worst bank in the history of banking.
