Terrible service. One hour wait time to withdraw money. There was one slow teller working and 40 people in line. No service and bad attitudes.
The rudest tellers manegment is terrible. Service is horrible its the blind leading the blind
Unfortunately I have to come to this Bank of America every Saturday and every time I come, there are over 15 customers waiting in line and only one or two tellers who work at their leisure. It is the worst experience I have ever encountered at Bank of America. You would think that if there was this much business on the weekends that they would make sure to accommodate their customers by having AT LEAST three tellers working.
Useless... ATM is never operational.
