Best BBT Branch I have been too. Fast, Efficient and Knowledgeable. As many banks with walk in branches closed most of this year the lines here were longer than normal at drive through but this branch still moved things along at a good pace. I have always found the staff friendly and willing to explain any issues with your account. Good work though these difficult times.

Worse branch ever! Every time I go there, something happens. Was in teller line drive through. Waited and then teller said we are closed. Called and they weren’t closed only the outside lane I was in. All she had to do is say get in a different lane. She just said we are closed. Another time they couldn’t find the key to get in safety deposit box. Another time they put the wrong number on the deposit box and had to redo it the next week.nJust had deposited a large amount and to get treated like this is unheard of.nWill never go back. Cancelling my lock box and taking to another branch that treats the customers better in Boydton Beach.

Two words for Management at that branch. RUDE AND DIMININNG to customers and her employees. I sure don't want to be working under her Management. Being an effective manager has nothing to do with the tone you use to speak to others.

Worst BB&T location! This location refuses to help its customers! They lied to me twice by telling me they would have my statements mailed & also never sent my checks as promised! After a call to the 800 # referring me to the branch for the 3rd visit they said we can not change your statement status. They also charge additional fees when being over drawn. I caught them adding fees before the acct was overdrawn. They refuse to credit any fees back. Customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on. There isn't enough locations around West Palm. They charge fees for everything from printing a statement to checking your balance. Money orders too. There is no perks at this bank unless you count rude managers that say are you finished to get rid of you asap! I've never seen such unprofessionalism at a bank! I will be changing banks once I get moved!

This location is SLOW !nI gave them $400 and they gave me a $300 receipt like how can they be this slow and still mess up.nOne of the teller had starcastic attitude like he’s making the situation better all I can thank to myself if he spend as much time to give people attitude to actually working maybe just maybe it would be a better bank.nGOOD LUCK TO BB&T customers
