Me, my husband and my toddler walked in on a Saturday at 12:30 to open a new account. It was empty and yet no one bothered to greet us. Finally someone asked if we needed assistance and we told him we wanted to open an account. He asked the other older guy if he could assist us. Rather loudly he said he had a 1:30 and was very hesitant to help. We could clearly hear the conversation. So we were told he would assist. He then doesn’t bother to say welcome or anything, he starts with I have 45 minutes I’ll try to fit you in. Ummm, no sir. We will go somewhere else. If that’s how you treat potential customers then I DEFINITELY don’t want to put my money here.
David is extremely friendly and polite, best chase location in the area. Great service always happy to come in here
I called in advance and made an appointment to open a new account. When I arrived 10 minutes earlier he was waiting for me already. The gentleman who helped me was really helpful and really took his time to address all of my concerns. Thank you!
Website states 2pm Close. I just waited in line at the drive throughnI rolled up and he said we are closed at 12:30. Very bad customer service !! I was the last car in line instead of making me wait 15 min let me know. What a meatball training needed
No way to find out how to meet with banker for a WIDOW who does NOT do ANYTHING ONLINE!!!nCAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT EVEN!!although I have tried NO WAY TO DO IT, HOPE SHE CLOSES ALL HER ACCOUNTS, STOCK & INVESTMENTS!!
