I’m posting this review mostly so I remember not to do business with this bank ever again. The manager of the branch left me on hold for an hour When she was supposed to be looking up some kind of information for me. The phone call cut off I called back they placed me on hold again this time for much less time than an hour and then again hung up on me. This is not a branch for business people. If you have to go to this branch only give them very simple tasks to complete. They’re not a bank branch there an ATM machine with humans inside that’s it.
This is NOT a bank. It is a shell, only ATMs and no one there to help you. They USED to have teller assist on their ATM but they REMOVED it!! So basically if you need real help DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! There are NO TELLERS!! Horrible customer service per usual!!!
Building is clean and well staffed. Its usually quiet and there is almost never a wait. Security guard is posted in the parking lot during regular business hours. Several ATMs also available 24hrs.
This IS NOT a FINANCIAL CENTER. This is an express location that CAN NOT cash checks over a certain amount. How about saying something about this location not being a full-service branch so I don’t have to drive around looking for one?
Easy and quick service. Took care of me even 10 minutes after they closed. Thank you.
