With 20/20 hindsight, I am beyond grateful we moved my in-laws here in December 2019.nnEveryone — and I mean EVERYONE from the guards at the front gate, the front desk reception, managed care directors, life service directors, dining room attendants, home health aides, and hospice caregivers are EXCEPTIONAL.nnIf our loved ones were still at home when COVID meant we couldn’t see them, I’d be so much more anxious. Now we have people call us when my 94 yo father falls. They make sure our loved ones are very, very well cared for, and it is a peace of mind that is literally priceless.nnIf you’re considering MorseLife for you or your parents, sign the lease now and rest easy knowing this is a safe, friendly, and truly patient-best-interest in mind facility.

If you choose to work here, understand that although they may call you an “essential worker” or a “vital part of their team”, some of the managers in various departments will not treat you as such. There’s a high turn over rate from this place for a reason. Staff are often overworked with no kinds of compensation. Do not let them take advantage of you. If you’re looking to move someone in, understand that most of what is advertised to you will not be provided either do to COVID or simply because they cannot or won’t offer it. This place a an absolute mess. Residents of the independent living building often pass away in their apartments without anyone knowing especially if they live alone until hours later. They are building a new auditorium and buying brand new company cars but cannot buy working printers for offices.

Just don’t. Had my 92 year old mom in rehab for a broken hip. I could not get anyone to call me back, give me updates on her condition, her progress, her meds, or anything else. I continually got sent into endless voicemail loops. Frustrating, worrisome, disrespectful. Couldn’t visit due to covid restrictions. Try someplace else, for sure!

Came here to jump the line for my covid vaccine. Was told that because I'm not Ron desantis or a donor to the facility that I have to wait just like the normal people. One star.nnBut seriously, these guys are borderline criminal selling covid vaccinations to their donors.

My mother was in Morse for rehab for strength in her legs, she also had a broken right arm. She was left many times with a wet brief, hours after she called saying she needed to go to the bathroom. If the staff would have left her wheelchair where she could get it, she'd have gone by herself! The one girl that always took care of her right away was overworked being left with patients that should have been taken care of by the previous shift. My Mom came out of Morse this time with no improvement and very depressed, a huge change from last year when she was there. I don't know what's changed, but its certainly not for the better!! To live local and not be able to get to her when she's being so ill treated is maddening, let alone those who live far away!!! Don't let your loved one get put in Morse!!!!!
