Arrive to make a change on my business account. Front lady whent to talk to business banker and they told me just to go in my account and make changes myself. That it was easy to do.nnBusiness banker did not even talk to me. I will go back to branch where I do all my banking, they are more friendly and care about customers.
Normally wouldn’t even review a bank but I had a great experience with this branch location! I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped me but she was so sweet and helpful with unrecognized charges on my account and helping me take care of it. Service was fast, everyone was super friendly. Extremely refreshing after the year that it’s been. Thank you again!
Schedule on google and on the front doore says they’re open until 6pm, arrived at 5:40p and the door was already locked ud83eudd2c
I would give it a zero Stars if I could.
If possible I would give them No star, made the appointment a week prior, for Thursday July 9th at 11am with a banker Santiago, I got there he never showed then the Manager - who never introduce herself until I asked told me that Santiago does not start until 12noon. Horrible Customer Service ever!!!nThe manager made copies of my documents then I was at the mercy of another banker to see me, if time allowed otherwise I would’ve to make another appointment.
