I am giving regions a 1 for the fact that they keep sending me other customers bank statement when I have already spoke to them twice making them aware of the issue. I have not banked with Regions and can only post this online message of the sloppiness of their mail. Please contact me so I can, for the third time, make you aware that you are sending me bank statements of one of your customers. We spoke last month and guess that did not work.
Amazing even on a Saturday once they had the off sign I forgot to get pennies when I made change earlier that day and they still were willing to help me out real quick I wouldn't have been able to make it through the weekend with the change I had in my business otherwise
The service is fantastic. They know my name and always ask about my daughter. They always make me feel like they truly care and a quick to respond and find a solution to any issues or questions I have.
