I love Chase Bank! They are very professional accurate, kind, polite and efficient. I have not been a customer of Chase Bank for a very long but it feels like I've been a customer of theirs for 25 years. I am very adamant about excellent customer service and that they do have they go over and Beyond to help you in any way that they can concerning your banking needs and it is most appreciated. I will continue to be a customer of Chase Bank.

The women of this branch are very understanding and helpful. The branch manager, LUIS JIMENEZ, however is very rude. He threatened to call the police on me over a misunderstanding. I came in at 11am, made an appointment and was advised to come back at 12:15--which i did. waited for him to come back to lunch, explained my situation and he was rude to me in conversation and when I enforced my boundary with him and then he refused to continue to help me and threaten to call the police on me. He tried to waste my time by telling me I needed to wait another hour for someone else to help me, even tho I already waited for the appointment. Another representative Amanda Bharrat came and helped me resolved my concerns in a timely manner. If the branch manager doesn't care about the customers experience in his branch then he shouldnt be a branch manager.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to be told I have to come inside and wait again I'm canceling my whole chase account once I get my direct deposit transferred over

The branch manager was rude and condescending. The associate banker who was helping me the first time that day had an attitude with me and spoke to me like I was a small child just because I’m young. I was on hold for 4 hours with customer service just to be bounced from department to department with ZERO resolution. Nikola was the only day of sunshine inside of that entire bank. He was wonderful, kind, helpful, informative and helped make a bad situation more bearable. I’m still not banking with chase anymore, but Nikola, thank you. I appreciate you.
