So I went here to cash a check and the lady seemed nice on Friday at about 3:37. She asked if I wanted my money in an envelope. I said yes. I didn’t check it cause they should be respectable people. I got home and checked my envelope. It was missing $100.00. I hope she steals cause her family needs it. However, mine does too. I hope I am wrong and maybe jumping to conclusions, however, it really hurts. If the people there can look at the video footage and confirm no wrongdoing, then ok. It’s just really weird that I am only missing one bill. And it’s the largest.

Never enough help. I hardly ever have to go into a branch and when I do it never fails this branch has only one cashier no car lane an 3 or 4 people in offices. Coming here is like a punishment for keeping your money with them. They do the bare minimum for their customers.
