My experience at this branch was a very good one. I made an appointment online for two separate issues. Arrived on time and was greeted by John R Assistant VP and he guided us in the right direction, was very knowledgeable, professional, handled the matters and even went above and beyond. Based on this I recommend this branch I'm assuming the other employees are just as great. Thank you John and Bank of America.
We been a customer Bank Of America for more than 25 years. Right now something happened with this bank it’s terrible . Bank Of America make a donation to Democrats who built socialism in the United States, right now Bank Of America work like in socialist countries
Awful location always a problem.Its a disgrace
Can’t believe there is only one person in the front and there are 3 or 4 just sitting there. They don’t even get up to go help the one teller in the front when it gets busy and there is a line. So sad
DO NOT COME HERE!!! 20 people in line for teller with only one teller on duty at 1:30pm on a Thursday! No drive through teller available at this location. I overheard a customer complaining to what appeared to be the manager who more light on the situation and even joked about it saying this is the best he could do. How about having more tellers on duty?
