Customer's Service was terrible sitting down for 15 minutes with no acknowledge... Being customers for 12 year... it's Crazy...
I started an account after my job changed banks to here. It still took 4 days to deposit from a Business account to a personal checking account. I called customer service and they suggest I get a paper check then deposit which takes the same amount of time.
Great experience! They give you a personalized service and walk you through everything! Nil is so kind and professional, I called to make an appointment so didn’t have to wait. I definitely recommend to go to this branch you won’t be disappointed!
