We travel at least 2x a year just to go shopping at this Outlet. This Burberry Store has the best customer service along with the best products. Rey is Outstanding!!!! He's the go to guy!! He went over and beyond our expectation for jackets we were looking for. We ended up leaving the store and mall, Rey called us back within a hour and let us know he'd found the jackets we were looking for!!! Now thats Great Customer service!!!! Hes Amazing!!!! When you come to Florida and you love Burberry, you must visit this store.

We had horrible horrible experience with such unethical sales people at Burberry outlet in Vineland premium outlet malls. My husband had went in to purchase a bag for me for valentines day and they suggested a very large bag to him as if it was a gym bag! He mentioned to them that he needs to come back to return it in case I don’t like it. We went in the next day and they said we do exchanges only although it had not been mentioned to him at the time of purchase. The selection of products were so outdated and the store was almost empty. I’m so sorry for such a terrible business. We were treated very unfairly in this business and we went out of the store completely unhappy and feeling abused.

love this outlet, one of my all time favorite brands and this outfit never disappoints! I am always greeted by friendly workers who go above and beyond to help me find my sizes, even in light of COVID the store is still operating but with enhanced cautionary measures such as only about 5 people are aloud in the store at a time so there was a line to get into the store and it did take about 15 minuets but other than that it was a wonderful experience!

Even in Christmas they still have huge line up outside ud83dude02, grab a coffee before you go to there
