If you are looking for good client service and professional sales people do not come here, and know that all sales are final and you cannot return or exchange as said to me by a very unfriendly and unkind sales person at the store after a week of my purchase finding issues with the product. I use to love Carolina Herrera the designs are beautiful and the brand is classy and sophisticated, two qualities the sales person I encountered did not have.

Today I was in the store and Mrs. Manager had a bad attitude first with her coworker that the very formal if she was attending to us, then with me that she talked to me in a bad way informing me that I could not take the shirts of the store because they were for size and in an area that only sellers have access, the rudeness of the Lady was such that my partner was upset and told him to respect me! She just woke up with calling Security! Definitely the customer service was appalling! She could have left menKnow things in a very good way and anyone understands! He lost a sale and the store lost a good customer!
Awesome brand. There is a large selection of very beautiful elegant things on sale with a decent discount. What kind of dresses are there? It should be noted the impeccable professional work of a consultant who, if desired, will select the full image for you.
