Had a great shopping experience here. Nathan was welcoming, informative and attentive. We appreciated all his help.
I went in to return shoes and talked to lauren. I never got a receipt and she told me there was nothing they could do. After waiting 10 mins she finally said they could do it through my email after originally saying they can not do anything without a receipt. She then proceeds to throw the pen down on to the counter to sign the receipt. I said thank you and she took my receipt and kept going on with her day. Very rude.
Really wish I could remember the young man that helped me. He has curly hair lol I ended up not buying anything unfortunately but he was super helpful! I have to wear wide shoes and Sperry only makes select shoes in wide sizes and some weren't wide enough as desired. He went above and beyond and helped me take photos of sku numbers for specific shoes to try to search online myself. He also searched Sperry online for me there but I think he felt bad I left without what I was looking for. But I appreciate him trying so much!
Good shoes and neat store. Unfortunately, bad experience with a condescending to the point of rudeness and misinformed sale associate. I left the store in frustration, but decided to return, and completed the purchase with a different associate, who was much more pleasant to deal with. So, mixed experience.
Patrik is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He offered excellent service and very friendly. Two of the items he found for us from another store and was able to ship it to my house out of state. He made it a hassle free experience
