They are closed! after spending 1 hour or more going thorough that nonsense protocols! They claim they are open, when they are closed! Drove for more than 1 1/2 hour and what a surprise! CLOSED! We called the store and they don't pick up the phone and a voicemail!
Overpriced, poor quality and horrible customer service. I still wonder how they are in business.
Absolutely love these shoes! Store is kind of hidden where it is located; but the staff is super helpful and patient! I definitely will be coming back when I'm in town again! If you haven't been, it's worth checking out. Shoes are so comfy and I get compliments every time I wear my Melissa shoes!
This is such a unique store! I stopped by because I had never heard of it. When I went in the worker was very kind and she reminded me of the jelly shoes I wore when I was younger; I had no idea it was the same brand!! Not really my style anymore however a lot of cute shoes for the little ones! I will have to bring my kids in to check it out.
My wife is obsessed with these shoes since her name is Melissa. The staff is pretty patient, they always help me find a pair to gift my wife that she will love. Kinda pricey but they last forever too. Also, they offer annual pass discount!
