Amazing service every time!nnThis is the only chili’s I have ever been to that I honestly feel like the food is made to order it’s ALWAYS fresh and hot. Very very impressed l!nnThe restaurant is also very clean. I will be a regular for sure. I just moved here from Illinois and sadly most chili’s closed their doors it so nice to have one right down the street from me :)

It took over 90 minutes for the food to arrive at our table from the time we ordered. We had 7 in our group. Most ordered an appetizer as a meal. The waiter came by very few times to check on us. We had to flag him down to ask him to check on our order after waiting so long. He came back with most of our order a few minutes later. They forgot to cook one of the orders so most of our group had eaten when the last meal came out. The restaurant wasn't busy and the tables that sat after us received their food, ate and left before ours arrived. They had a different waitress, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. I love Chili's but wouldn't visit this location at all. The manager didn't bother to come over and apologiz. I didn't want or expect anything for free, but an apology was definitely owed to the group.

Superb food and service! Arrived around 1pm and seated immediately. Everything clean, customers spaced out adequately and all personnel wearing masks. Server very friendly, helped us redeem a coupon from my phone for a free appetizer, and checked back with us often to see how we were doing & to refill our drinks. The breaded chicken sandwich was perfect. Some places serve their chicken with a thick layer of hard crunchy breading. Not here! Shrimp tacos were excellent! When we're in the area we'll definitely stop in again.

The grilled chicken with mango sauce was dry and the texture was a bit hard. Mango sauce didn't make up for dry meat. Spicy rice was a bit too spicy. Wont go there again
