American Kitchen is wonderfully located next to the lobby of B Resort. They have a wonderful staff with great ambience with a nice photo opp in the middle with the red truck and an amazing chef! We had a moment to sit and talk to Chef Venoy and he was able to go over the dishes and ingredients of each. It was truly a wonderful experience, the entire restaurant felt as it was from farm to kitchen. I DEFINITELY recommend getting the french toast, they might have been possibly the best french toast I have ever had in my life. Thank you so much American Kitchen for being wonderfully located next to B Resort so that I could wake up every morning with a wonderful breakfast or brunch!

The food in this restaurant is very beautiful, very healthy and very, very sweet And when I visited this place, the place was very arranged and organized, and the customer service was very kind and treated well. Really, this place is the best one of the many places I have gone to. The drinks section was fantastic, wonderful and different and they had new and distinctive drinks ud83dudc95

I stay in a lot of hotels and at best I would say the food in most hotel restaurants is average. In this place it is excellent. I haven’t bothered leaving the hotel to eat any night. I have one night left and I’ll be eating here again. Food is fresh and cooked to order. I had the market fish twice and it was slightly different each time, which I love since it shows they’re cooking it to order. The bouillabaisse was incredible. Honestly the best hotel food I had in a long time. Servers at the bar were super friendly and just the right amount of attentive (I was served by Karren - he was super busy on Friday and Saturday night and was doing a great job). Superb.
