We never ate at the restaurant because looking at the reviews I wasn't taking the chance with the service & food. However the store was great. They have great prices and a wide variety of items to buy. The fish tanks were pretty neat inside as well!
What a great experience. Do you want to have a show and enjoy great food while shopping—then this is it! Great staff who are happy and helpful. The food was great and got to enjoy a show of animals and sounds about every 30 minutes.
Horrible experience. Server was extremely rude and rushed us the whole time. My friend ordered a steak well done and it came back rare two times. When we told our server she said “Well, there’s nothing I can do.” When the manager came over he was extremely rude too. I can’t imagine why this man is running this restaurant. When we expressed that we didn’t enjoy our entrees he did not care at all. Horrible customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere, we had a lovely experience the night before at Planet Hollywood!
Had lunch there today, great place to eat, service was great, atmosphere was wonderful and they take Social Distancing seriously which is so important during these times. Also, have gluten allergies and had a great meal with no reactions.Looking for a great place to eat and to have some fun with the jungle, go there!
Their burgers was so delicious, its a must at rainforest Cafe. We had great attentive servers on both occasions. One time manager Jen came by to say hello and check in on us to see if everything was alright. Great dining experience for landry card members .
