Had my debit card compromisedAnd was told to call the bank to get a temporaryDebit card.Have been trying to call the bank and nobody answers so for the next 4 days I have no way to access my bank account. Bank of America has cared less and less and less about me as a customer so I'm really entertaining the idea of having them less and less and less as my bank. It's a shame that a bank could care less about customer service but I guess they're the new used car dealership once they get the sale they could care less about you.

I don’t know why people are giving one star for this place, but I love this Bank of America. I would rather drive 40 minutes for this one than the one that’s 15 minutes away in Haines City. The workers are so friendly and professional. If you’re planning on having something done, then make an appointment so you don’t have to wait. We had a 13:00 apt and got there right on time and they saw us within a few minutes. Thank you to the staff for helping us yesterday :D.

I went to the bank for the first time yesterday to open the first bank account of my daughter, after 30 minutes they told me the system didnt work and when I went today they told me to call the central office and that this can be done there. The central office answers that to open a minor's accounts we need to go to the bank. I didnt felt appreciated as a client, this people doesn't have a good treatment for clients and they showed that they dont care about new customers.

We popped in to get some help with some paperwork we needed to sign rapidly and despite not being locals with an established relationship at this branch, the VP, Michael, helped us immediately, thoroughly and was so pleasant. I was very impressed.

I received excellent service at this location, better than any BofA I’ve been to in the past. Eric Blanton went above and beyond to assist me and even sent a follow on email a couple days after to check in that everything was functioning properly.
