SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! Don't come here if you're in a hurry. I have waited 45 minutes in the commercial lane just to make a deposit. Just today, I saw 4 cars pull in, be taken care of and leave while I was waiting.nI cannot wait until my regular branch reopens.
This place is ridiculous. Waiting in the drive through line for over 40 minutes. Also they have conflicting signs. They have a sign in a window before you turn to the drive lane that says use all lanes, but when you turn the corner, the sign above one of the the lanes says commercial and the other one says open. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
Worst bank out there. Too lazy to pick up a phone. I see now why they are being bought out by BB&T. Just remember BB&T will not keep 3 branches within .5 miles. So hope they clean house with you.
