If I could give this zero stars, I would. The customer service is awful. You walk in and wait while they busy themselves doing something at the counter unrelated to handling customer while the line backs up the door and they don't even acknowledge you. Then if you do make an appointment you end up waiting 30-45 minutes to be seen. There's never someone there to notarize. Any service at all takes twice as long as any other bank. It's just unbelievable to me in this day and age.

Of all the banks I have used in my life -- inlcuding my first at the age of 12, then through living in six states with money on at least one at each location -- this is THE WORST run and staffed. In most banks the teller handles transactions. In this one, they handle all kinds of things from arranging notary services, getting the customer in to his safe-deposit box, and setting up accounts. Thinking of banking here?? DON'T unless you read really long bookswhile you wait.

1 Teller inside, 4 windows. Closed outside drive through . Lines out the door. Wish I had another choice here but unfortunately stuck with them.

Was so upseet years ago when they closed drive through lane down. Yeah I GET it -they wanted to see people face to face and try to sell goods (Not so good goods as no interest at all)nThen pandemic came and they STILL have drive through closed when it perfectly well could be open and they had nerve to write they were watching out for everyone. To think people had to bring people in the Bank (If you could call it that) and stand in close line-people in wheelchairs, people that had to brings babies in in carriages -) Shame on them.nMy husband was a retired executive there -and I know from where I speak .it is shameful ....NOt to mention the horrible parking lot .
