The manager and or owner has 0 business sense. He has no clue how to attain or maintain customer service relations. I went with neighbor to the Miami Lakes location. My question was did he have an adapter to go from a 2” fitter to a 1.5” fitter. His response to me was where did I buy my pump? I said amazon. He immediatly became dismissive. He started talking down to me. He said I am having issues because I did not buy the pump from him, (mind you they do not sell pumps at the Miami Lakes location, which is mine).I could have bought the adapter on Amazon the only reason I was there was because I was trying to support my local business. I did not need his scolding. Further more my neighbor was there because he owns a very very large pool. He needed supplies and was also trying to support local businesses. The manager did the exact opposite he pushed us back to Amazon. Today’s adapter is tomorrows spa and pool supplies learn sales and customer service before you deal with the public!
