Great place and knowledgeable employees. Been there multiple times this past month after taking a break because of an old lady that worked there that would constantly harass me multiple times each visit) but by the looks of it either im very lucky to not run into her anymore or she doesn't work there anymore. Hopefully it's the latter because I enjoy coming to this location.
Pleasant employees
Great place to shop for your pets needs. The staff are extra helpful and so nice. They really go above to ensure that not only are you satisfied but most importantly your pet. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for either a pet or shopping for pets needs. Excellent customer service; you can tell the employees here really care!!!
Took my kids to get their very first hamster and had a great experience. Amanda was incredibly attentive and informative. She helped explain the differences between hamster breeds and helped my kids choose one that is best suited for them (black teddy bear). Very happy and will be returning for our hamster supply need.
