Good service they respond my questions about my pet food definitely I will go back again
Three times I have gone to this location in three different times just to find out that is closed for some reasons, they should at least update their hours online that way we don't come all the way here for nothing. And they're just very rude the way they said they are closed it's like they don't really care for business coming in I understand sometimes you have to close your business for major reasons but you have to plan ahead of time especially if you are part of a big brand chain of stores
OUTSTANDING!!!!! , I went into the store to buy dog food ,dog bed and a couple other items, with my 3YO. The store was very clean and organized.nI was able to maneuver and get to exactly what I needed. However what definitely sets this store apart from any other pet supermarket , is the employee by the name of Jason,. this employee was by far the best customer service , I’ve ever experience of any other pet supermarket.nnJason was super attentive very patient and took the time to not only explain things to me but also explained things to my 3YO .. Jason is super knowledgeable and definitely an asset. I wish all pet supermarket had a jason.nnUnfortunately they do not, so I will continue to go to this store !!! Well done pet supermarket of hialeah on 68th. You’ve earned my business! keep up the good work. Unfortunately not too many business now a day believe in great customer service. I was happy to see that this store hasn’t retired the skill of great customer service.
There is this 1 employee skinny American white light eyes, he is the best. No matter what you ask he will try his best to help. Very nice guy and loves animals
Good but need mega worm for my dragon. Sell to fast.
