Not enough people working here everytime I come here the wait is over an hour to see someone. This is unacceptable. Maybe its time to close all my accounts and look for another bank. 3 customers have left after waiting over an hour because the wait is crazy insane.
I have a business account. My card is blocked every time I purchase at my own home . same ip addresses. Have to call and waste time then. Now I spend 1 week requesting info on my account and no manager at branch or acc rep can help. Will close the account because they are making my life miserable.
Horrible customer service. Manager Cris is pretty helpful but the African AmericanTeller is awful, they don't look to help. Once I called to speak to a representative and they told me their representative called out sick. Seriously? No one else to help customers? This is the only branch I've had issues with.
