I give them 1 star because I beleive there is no way to give them 0. No matter which day and time you go to this bank for the most simple diligence, you will never find more than 1 teller regardless how long the line is. Avoid having to go inside unless you have no other choice. Its ridiculous. No respect for people's time even when they live with our deposits.
The worst experience at Bank of America. The worst cashier I’ve ever known.
Horrible Bank / Now unless you have an Acct. U can’t cash a check incredible . This is supposed to be a bank to cash checks for money. Customers need to stop doing business with this bank when you can’t write out a check cause no one can go cash it. It affects my business big time ! This is to obligate people to open accounts with them . Horrible!!!
Employees are very friendly but real bad service. Only one teller on busy days and they don't care how long you wait. Bank of America used to be one of the best bank's and is on the bottom of the list now.
2 cashier to attend a bunch customers. And I heard from person in the line that this happen every day in this branch
