Since the pandemic start this branch only has excuses for customer service. Very very inconvenience, lazy people wont service the customers even if the store is empty, requesting always make an online appointment first. very disrespectful
If your Not white or Spanish, I would NEVER recommend you to come here. That is all.
This is a bank that doesn't even have a dollar in dimes.
Terrible service! Had to wait in line and only one in line, then finally the teller looks up to see that I was present in line, then called upon.nNo apologies were made act as if they never saw you. Depositing a legit check they make you feel like a criminal not to mention cashing it.This branch is a total disgrace to society, the presence of feeling accommodation is not felt there when you walk through there doors. I will continue to show presence there until they execute better service and the way how to do that is to observe and report.
Ruber Mena was my banker today. He was courteous, efficient and listened to every detail to ensure everything would run smoothly. The wait was not long at all and i was taken care of immediately. And I really appreciated that, very much.
