Good service.nI have been going to this branch for seven years and I am in and out in five minutes.
If I could give this location zero star I would... Just go to any chase definitely not here
This place has a terrible customer service. It’s one of the few places where you get to the point you feel like a ghost. Nobody noticed I was waiting for an agent. There was this bald latin guy with glasses, he looked at me three times and didn’t offer to help me, instead he gave assistance to other client (who by the way, arrived twenty minutes after I did). After what it seems half and hour I left the bank. There were at least 8 members of the staff and nobody cared or noticed I left. Terrible place, rude, rude, painfully rude people, I wouldn’t recommend chase to anyone
This place is horrible. They just do not care
they guy i workes with was great but to bad he is from the south beach branch :( also very high tech-ish. i usually hate the waits if ur not first on saturday ur waiting.
