Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I took some coin already in the rolls to exchange them for bills, and another 15 dollars in a bag (11 in one dollar coins and 4 dollars in different types coins, most of them in quarters), the cashier told me that she can’t take coins out of rolls, that I go to any another place to change or pay with them, I told her those places are not a bank, that I have my accounts with them for over 20 years, but she just didn’t help me. With branch like that bank of American can’t count on it, it was frustrating.
I like this bank but remember to schedule and appointment because it tend to be crowded always. You can schedule the appointment even 20 minutes before go and you will save a lot of time at the branch
