The branch is empty and they want me to make an appointment just to open a savings account, really?
One star is too much, worse costumer service ever.
Worst bank ever. Bad customer service , no tellers, no representative available only 3 working and around 5 guests waiting they say the wait time is 30 min and 30 min pass by and you still there sitting down waiting. Horrible horrible horrible I do not recommend it at all. Bad service
