Never prepared I came in with an appointment for a promotion of bright futures of $50 they didn’t even have a clue what I was talking about. Yet I still need to wait when having an appointment. How is it that they don’t know there own offers or promotions ud83dude12. I just left the manger is lost. Unacceptable for a Bank of America

The worst customer service experience. Every time I come to this branch I have bad experience and I waste to much time doing line. Today I decided to close all my bank accounts with them. Very bad service and always understaffed.nToday in order to close my account i have to go thru a 15 min line to empty the accounts and then wait in another line for 20min more to be called to close the accounts with a representative, insane.

I went on a wed to add to my account a DBA. Orlando Sierra was the rep that assist me ( Business Specialist). After 2 hours we signed everything and we left. It was supposed to be ready in 2-3 days. By. Next Tuesday nothing happened so I called him and then he told me that there was a mistake so we have to come back to sign more papers. So we went and signed again. Today is Monday (12 days after first visit) and the DBA is not in my account yet. I called this rep that says that has 20 years in banking, he does not answer calls. I cannot understand how BOA has this reps that don't know what they are doing!

This place is the worst of the worst! I have a commercial account and have to wait in line more than 50 minutes, with only three tellers of which most of the time two are walking around instead of taking care of customers. The only commercial bank with no commercial teller, and no drive thru. I am finally moving to a better bank after 30 years of doing business with BAO. I am giving them a star because there is no lower option.

This location has no customer services, come prepare to not be greeted and wait for over 40 mins to be attended. They only have two employee attending the window and a bunch of employees just walking back and forth, not sure what they are doing. I have been observing them while waiting in line to see if they are going to help with the line, literally they are just walking back and forth. Thank you Bank of America for my Saturday morning to be wasted.
