Horrible experience, when I chose my glasses I was told one price then when I came to do my eye exam they raised the price and the excuse was that the girl was new and she didn't know. Well if they'd put the actual prices on the frames like most reputable places do they would have this issue and the consumer would know what they are paying for . Never the less I decided to pay for them I liked the glasses sure enough when I got them the didn't put the color lenses I wanted and they never called me when they arrived either I had to call to follow up on my own glasses horrible customer service, I referred my girlfriend and she had similar issues I will never use them again and advice to anyone proceed with caution.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
Had appt for eye exam. They were punctual ,on time. Eye doctor with many years of experience. Very professional and nice, answered all my questions. Rest of staff also nice. Prices about the same as other places but their customer service better. Recommend this place.....
This has been my mom and my Eye care doctor even at his other locations for years the staff is always friendly thstz why ill follow them where ever they go and prices are very reasonable
Saw Dr. Born last week. Plenty of parking in the back, public parking. Was able to see her on same day appointment. She was very professional and extremely efficient in a very busy clinic. I work in healthcare too, in 23 years that I needed glasses/contacts and have been to 6 other optometrists/ophthalmologist, Dr. Born was THE only one that performed such a comprehensive examination I have ever had! She did not rush at all despite having to fly out of town that night! Price was very good. I ended up buying frame and lenses in the same place. Staff is very friendly too! Highly recommend her and the clinic.
The staff were very kind, patient and highly professional. The Dr. did a deep search into my eyes. Not all of them do that. I loved how they cleaned every equipment we used right before we used them. Waiting time was also very short.
