Worst service ever.Today , bank of America made me feel robbed the hard way. I felt like someone put a gun in my head and took me $ 150.00.nnthe agent made no effort to understand me as a customer and did not care when I told her I was going to close the accounts. I forgot her name , but I will come for that.nnBe careful with your money! I don't recommend Bank of America to this job.
Why is there only one teller for the lobby at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon? What should be 5-10 mins at any other bank has turned into 30 minutes and I still haven't gotten to the teller window. This is precisely why I don't have an account with BOA. I can't help that some of my customers give me BOA checks for payment ud83dude15
Don’t even try to come to this location. Terrible customer service, customer service had been declining in the past year since most of the employees left the facility. Don’t lose your time trying to talk to the manager since he doesn’t want to fix the problem.
The worst always.always one or two persons working...the heavy guy too much slower and let you know when you ask why so slow..his response always was they paid me the same,I take care easy. Incredible...long lines ...waist more than one hour daily waiting on lines. Nobody help
The wait to be attended was by far the worst out of any bank I've ever been to!
